These Terms govern use of the website and services of Zapyngo — Community Empowerment Initiative ("Zapyngo", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use account features with parent or guardian involvement. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information.
Donation instructions and any applicable fees are shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by third parties under their terms. Campaign creators are responsible for truthful descriptions, goals, updates, and documents. Publication does not guarantee a campaign or outcome. Zapyngo may review, delay, suspend, remove, or decline campaigns or transactions for safety, fraud, legal, safeguarding, or policy reasons.
Volunteer participation may require verification, orientation, safeguarding checks, or additional agreements. An application does not guarantee placement. Follow reasonable safety instructions and program rules.
Do not use the site to break the law, defraud, impersonate, harass, threaten, exploit, submit false or infringing content, expose private information, bypass security, upload malware, spam, phish, or misuse donations or campaigns.
You keep ownership of content you submit, but grant Zapyngo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display it as reasonably needed to operate and promote our services. Submit only content and beneficiary information you are authorized to share.
Zapyngo branding, software, text, graphics, and design are protected by law. Third-party links and payment services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The site and services are provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, campaign results, fundraising outcomes, or every user-submitted statement. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zapyngo and its staff, volunteers, partners, and providers are not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, campaigns, donations, or third-party services.
We may suspend accounts, campaigns, or features to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, or enforce these Terms. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
